Who is Awareness For?
Destiny is not what happens to you; destiny is you deliberately moving towards a goal that you have set for yourself. In fact, you shouldn’t focus on what you are, but on what you can become. The practices of Self Awareness allow you to find a space within your mind that allows you to look at your everyday life in a different way, becoming the creator of your destiny.
One of the most important needs in our life is to let go. Many people write to us every day that they no longer want to be at the mercy of their emotions, external events, other people or their past. Letting go is the first big step of awareness. In fact, letting go means deciding NOW to be new, being ready to transform without being afraid of change.

In this event we will explore self-awareness in its deepest aspects, such as self-discovery, letting go, peace, self-love, the intelligence of the heart and our talents, and together we will do the practices of Self-Awareness: Kriya, Yoga, Conscious Breathing, Meditation.
